Bet99, a prominent online sports wagering platform, has partnered with the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA). This collaboration grants Bet99 utilization of IBIA’s comprehensive monitoring and notification system, designed to uphold fair competition and address match manipulation.
The IBIA holds significant influence within the sector, acting as a representative for more than half of the regulated online betting market worldwide. Its constituents generate an impressive $119 billion in yearly earnings.
This development follows Bet99’s recent authorization from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario to provide its services within the province.
André Bewerungen, Head of Sportsbook at Bet99, stressed the company’s commitment to gaining the confidence of Canadian patrons. He affirmed that aligning with IBIA, a globally acknowledged frontrunner in integrity supervision, demonstrates their dedication to delivering a secure and pleasurable wagering experience.
IBIA CEO Khalid Ali expressed his welcome to Bet99, underscoring their mutual objective of safeguarding the integrity of sports wagering in Ontario and beyond. He observed that with Bet99’s participation, IBIA now encompasses over 75% of licensed online operators in Ontario, reinforcing its role as the primary advocate for responsible gaming within the province.
Bet99 is partnering with Low6 to introduce a suite of fresh, no-cost games. Their goal is to leverage Low6’s proficiency in enhancing the entertainment and engagement of sports wagering, particularly for events like the NFL and NHL player selections. This development follows closely on a significant interview the head of iGaming Business Affiliates conducted with Gambling Insider, where they discussed the trajectory of sports betting at length.
